Lindsay Lohan gets new hair extensions in rehab

The 'Mean Girls' actress, who is currently being treated for drug and alcohol addiction at Utah's Cirque Lodge, was visited by staff from celebrity hairdresser Ken Paves' salon to ensure her locks look perfect when she leaves the facility. Lindsay Lohan Evangeline Lilly
