Jeffrey Carter Albrecht, keyboard player of 1990s band Edie Brickell & New Bohemians, was shot fatally Monday morning in Dallas, by his girlfriend’s neighbor, in what appears to have been an unfortunate accident. Jeffrey Albrecht, 34, was at his girlfriend’s home in Dallas when he went to her neighbor’s house
